This month, the Vestry finalized the terms of the sale of a portion of our property to the DeMichele Group. The rector and wardens signed the closing documents, and the sale closed on Thursday, February 23. Under the terms of closing, the parish hall must be demolished no later than May 15, 2023. We will have full access to the parish hall and rent-free access to the parking lot until demolition begins. An exact starting date for demolition is still being determined with Catalyst Construction. We are also taking steps to ensure that a temporary entrance ramp is constructed prior to the start of demolition so that we are able to retain one stair-free entrance to the church.
